About the role
- Lead and implement projects that will eliminate waste using the standard Industrial Engineering process
- Verify time standards prepared within the IE Team
- Update and report key Industrial Engineering metrics for assigned customer or area
- Drive process mapping activities within the assigned customer or area
- Support and/or maintain all lower-level Industrial Engineering essential duties and responsibilities
- Insure the standardization of Jabil processes throughout the site
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
- Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. Work measurement, simulation, process mapping, etc.)
- Strong financial and analytical ability
