About the role
- High-visibility Procurement Analyst/Senior Procurement Analyst role supporting client procurement and supply chain initiatives. Work on sourcing, procurement, category management, spend management, and spend analytics projects. Perform operational, procurement, and spend assessments; stakeholder interviews; modeling and analytics; report writing; and strategic sourcing. Conduct market and supplier research; RFx development, management, and evaluation; and negotiations. Support internal firm-building initiatives including benchmarking, client research, white paper R&D, proposal development, and other internal projects. Engage directly with clients to improve efficiency, drive effectiveness, and increase ability to influence spend and drive value. Participate in strategic initiatives and collaborate with Executive Leadership and management.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of previous supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company. Recent graduates with relevant (e.g., Procurement / Supply Chain) degrees or internship experience will be considered. Strong analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis (advanced Excel). Ability to work creatively and quantitatively in a fast-paced, problem-solving team environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including formal presentation development and delivery skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Adaptability to engage, cultivate relationships, and communicate with clients and colleagues of varied corporate cultures and organizational structures. Self-starter and critical thinker with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines. Procure-To-Pay platform experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly preferred. Must have the ability to travel to client sites on an as-needed basis.
