About the role
- Lead project teams in the effective application of NPI/PLCM processes
- Apply project management principles and techniques to achieve project success
- Provide management and guidance to cross-functional program teams
- Maintain full accountability for project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, execution, and status
- Identify critical paths and priorities
- Act as the primary customer interface for regional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum +5 years of supervisory/management experience in manufacturing operations
- Minimum +10 years of project management experience or related discipline
- PMP certification required
- Prior experience in customer interface and supply chain management
- Experience working in a matrix organization and with business units in a manufacturing environment
