About the role

  • You drive the further development of our scouting platform by designing and implementing features that push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.
  • Our software is used by over 130 professional football clubs worldwide — and we are currently expanding into other sports.
  • Your work directly influences how clubs discover and evaluate talent.
  • You design and implement AI-powered features that make our platform smarter — from intelligent search and recommendations to automated data enrichment.
  • You use state-of-the-art AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.) to massively scale your output.
  • You rapidly build prototypes, evaluate new AI technologies, and assess their potential for our product.
  • You integrate LLMs, embeddings, and other AI models into our existing infrastructure and build robust data pipelines.
  • You are fully responsible from the first experiment through production deployment and iterate quickly.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Python and/or Node.js.
  • A genuine passion for state-of-the-art AI technology, LLMs, and their real-world applications.
  • You know how to effectively use AI-assisted developer tools and critically evaluate their outputs.
  • You enjoy exploring new approaches and pursuing unconventional solutions.
  • You tackle challenges head-on and inspire others with your enthusiasm.
  • You keep deadlines in mind and deliver on time.
  • You are open to flexible working arrangements.
