About the role

  • As a Working Student in AI Engineering at SCOUTASTIC, you will collaborate with our experienced team to further develop our scouting platform with AI-powered features.
  • AI Feature Development: You will support the development of AI-driven features — from prototypes to full integration into our platform.
  • Experimentation & Prototyping: You will evaluate new AI technologies, rapidly build prototypes, and assess their potential for our product.
  • Agentic Engineering: You will use state-of-the-art AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.) to scale your output and learn how agent-driven development works in practice.
  • Integration & Pipelines: You will help build robust data pipelines and integrate LLMs and other AI models.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in Computer Science or a related degree program (Master’s level or advanced Bachelor’s).
  • You have practical programming experience gained through projects.
  • Passion for AI: You have a genuine enthusiasm for state-of-the-art AI technologies and large language models (LLMs).
  • AI Tooling: You are excited about AI-assisted developer tools and want to learn how to critically evaluate their outputs.
  • Creative thinking: You enjoy finding new approaches and pursuing unconventional solutions.
  • Proactive mindset: You tackle challenges directly and inspire others with your enthusiasm.
