About the role

  • Acquisition of new clients and maintenance of existing accounts in handball, basketball, ice hockey, and other sports organizations and associations
  • Preparation of proposals and contract negotiations with clients
  • Conduct product demos and workshops to clearly and effectively demonstrate the benefits of our software
  • Support clients throughout the entire contract term to maximize the value they gain from the software
  • Close collaboration with our software developers to relay sport-specific market feedback and continuously improve the platform
  • Customer visits and participation in cross-sport events to represent our company and strategically expand our network

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in sales, ideally in software, IT, or sports technology
  • You are passionate about sport and have a solid understanding of the structures and challenges in professional handball, basketball, and ice hockey
  • You can explain complex technical products in an accessible way and clearly demonstrate the customer benefit
  • You are comfortable approaching people and equally at ease with new business acquisition and long-term account management
  • Willingness to travel internationally, flexible working hours, and a class B driving license are required, as you will regularly attend customer meetings and events on site
  • Existing contacts with decision-makers at the professional level in handball, basketball, or ice hockey are desirable and give you a clear advantage
  • Language skills: English is required; additional languages are a plus.
