About the role

  • As an AI Solutions Consultant, you are the key interface between our clients and our technical teams
  • You understand the business processes of our enterprise clients at both senior management and operational levels
  • Evaluate technical possibilities for AI integration and translate complex requirements into actionable high-level concepts for our development teams
  • Lead management: Qualify and develop leads into sustainable partnerships
  • Client interaction: Conduct needs assessments and deliver presentations, demonstrations and workshops—remote and on-site
  • Process analysis: In-depth analysis and understanding of complex client business processes
  • Solution design: Assess technical feasibility and develop AI solution approaches
  • Conceptualization: Create high-level concepts and technical specifications as a basis for development
  • Contract management: Pricing, contract negotiations and deal closures
  • Tender management: Search for and respond to public tenders using AI tools
  • Pipeline control: CRM-supported pipeline management and forecasting
  • Strategy development: Actively help shape our market positioning and further develop our sales and product strategies
  • Network building: Establish and maintain a relevant industry network (events, trade shows, LinkedIn)
  • Project support: Handover and continuous coordination with our technical teams
  • Sales automation: Continuous improvement and automation of our sales processes using LLMs

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree (preferably in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar)
  • Professional experience in sales, IT consulting or software development is desirable
  • Ideally experience selling B2B software, SaaS or custom software development
  • Solid technical understanding of software development and current artificial intelligence technologies
  • Strong methodological sales competence or willingness to develop it
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and convincingly to business stakeholders up to C-level
  • Analytical thinking and strong process awareness
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills, closing ability and a high level of personal responsibility
  • Team-player mentality and willingness to collaborate with Marketing, Engineering & Product Planning
  • Very good German—and ideally also English—language skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
