About the role
- Support and manage PV sales opportunities from early-stage development through contract signature
- Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, and other key stakeholders
- Participate in contract negotiations with customers under guidance of senior sales leadership
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German PV projects market
- Contribute to regional sales strategy execution and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate closely with Legal, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- 3–5 years' experience in PV sales or project development, ideally with some exposure to utility-scale projects
- Understanding of PV policies, standards, and market dynamics in Germany
- Native German and fluent English
