About the role

  • Support and manage PV sales opportunities from early-stage development through contract signature
  • Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPCs, technical advisors, and other key stakeholders
  • Participate in contract negotiations with customers under guidance of senior sales leadership
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German PV projects market
  • Contribute to regional sales strategy execution and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate closely with Legal, Technical, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in PV sales or project development, ideally with some exposure to utility-scale projects
  • Understanding of PV policies, standards, and market dynamics in Germany
  • Native German and fluent English
