About the role
- Support talent acquisition and work with hiring managers during the recruitment process
- Prepare job descriptions and post them on job boards
- Conduct candidate outreach and screen applicants
- Help in other aspects of the hiring and onboarding process
- Oversee overtime and non-exempt time tracking system
- Process documentation and prepare reports on personnel activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Support the Director of HR in employee engagement matters, including professional development programming, DEI initiatives, and supporting affinity groups
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of relevant human resources/administrative experience
- Deeply relational and comfortable speaking with candidates
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Experience recruiting and engaging with individuals (nice to have)
