About the role

  • Consulting in customer projects on all aspects related to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Analyzing customer-specific HR requirements
  • Advising business departments during implementation and supporting projects through to completion
  • Subject-matter collaboration with project and team members
  • Close collaboration with our developers on technical aspects

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science, a natural science, training as an application developer, or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience in consulting or as an end user with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
  • Interest in diving deeper into the SAP environment and understanding code better (this helps to solve problems)
  • You enjoy solving puzzles and aim to deliver the best solution to customers
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Some willingness to travel – business trips are infrequent but do occur :)
