About the role

  • Consulting on client projects covering all aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Analyzing client-specific HR requirements
  • Advising business departments on implementation and supporting projects through to completion
  • Professional exchange with project and team members
  • Close collaboration with our developers on technical aspects

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science, natural sciences, completed training as an application developer, or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in consulting or as an end user with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
  • Willingness to dive deeper into the SAP world and understand code better (this helps with problem solving)
  • You enjoy solving puzzles and want to present the best solution to clients
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Some willingness to travel — business trips are infrequent but do occur :)
