About the role

  • Develop a clear marketing strategy that supports our sales teams in both project-based and product-based business
  • Refine our brand, USP and market positioning to increase awareness
  • Conduct detailed analysis of KPIs, traffic and customer journeys, derive concrete optimization measures and present insights in reports
  • Define and implement targeted activities that align with the marketing strategy
  • Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEA, social ads and other performance touchpoints
  • Monitor and apply new trends and tools, e.g. AI in marketing
  • Create content in collaboration with our subject-matter teams
  • Support trade shows, events and offline marketing
  • Work closely with Sales, the UX design team and HR

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology-focused or IT company
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing, particularly lead generation and campaign management
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, performing performance analyses and presenting numerical results
  • Passion for digital products and trends, including SEO/SEA, AI and marketing automation
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into simple, clear messages
  • Self-motivated and proactive in collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills
