About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and grow junior team members on client work and business development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation, and client service.
- Oversee and execute engagements in a wide array of disciplines including complex investigations involving regulatory inquiries, forensic accounting, litigation consulting and expert witness services.
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic insight.
- Expand your book of business and contribute to the growth of the Complex Accounting & Litigation practice.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of relevant experience in auditing, CFO, regulatory or standard setting, forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and expert witness services roles.
- Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.
- Proven experience in delivering high quality services and managing a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management is preferred.
- Significant experience in the financial services and insurance industries is preferred.
- Prior audit experience is preferred.
- Additional relevant certifications including CFE, CFF, among others are preferred.
