Conduct commercial real property research, analysis, and the preparation of valuation and advisory reports
Assist with forensic accounting as it relates to real property damages
Manage document requests/production and maintain valuation models and reports
Conduct site visits and provide professional client interactions
Collaborate with other financial forensic engagements as necessary across the U.S.

Requirements

What you’ll need

College Undergraduate degree
Near-term attainment of a Certified General Appraiser state license
Long-term goal of earning the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and other real property and appraisal-related software
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to analyze large sets of data and simplify/translate into a condensed and/or visual format
Comfortable with finance and related issues
Solid oral and written communications skills
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong attention to detail
Ability to research industry, economic, and benchmark data
