About the role
- Deliver exceptional service and product support to assigned customer accounts
- Manage the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy across pricing and documentation
- Proactively resolve issues that impact the customer experience
- Serve as the primary daily contact for internal and external customers
- Coordinate with production planning, inventory, transportation, and warehouse teams
- Identify, track, and resolve customer shipment issues, deductions, short payments, and rebills to final resolution
- Document customer interactions, cases, and account information in Salesforce to support trend analysis and proactive customer management.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience in customer service, sales support, supply chain, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage urgent requests and work through ambiguity
- Working knowledge of JDE, Salesforce, pricing and deduction management systems, and financial processes, including basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Power BI with the ability to analyze and present moderately complex data.
