About the role
- Oversee the Distribution and Shipping operations
- Provide leadership and direction in the effective operation and maintenance of equipment and processes
- Supervise, schedule, evaluate, train, and motivate direct reports
- Communicate precise processes and procedures to direct reports
- Control costs to a budget and be responsible for equipment uptime
- Develop relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside agencies
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 8+ years related experience and/or training
- Railcar and/or rail fleet management experience is preferred
- Industrial experience is a plus
