Monitor daily performance of a large Federal Health Information Exchange
Conduct performance metrics analysis of internal and external partner electronic message traffic
Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements for network performance
Engage with client stakeholders and system managers to improve network routing efficiency
Create reports or “scorecards” for interoperability performance and quality issues

Requirements

2 - 5 years' experience required for this role
Working understanding of development cycles and user acceptance testing
Working knowledge of interoperability industry standards (HL7, Sequoia, CareQuality)
Experience leveraging system monitoring tools (Excel, Access, Power BI, InterSystems DeepSee, Splunk)
Experience in stakeholder communications between Business and IT
Experience in Requirement specification for Development, UAT processes, and reporting issues to customer support.
Experience using industry standard DEV / UAT testing tools for messaging.
