About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and follow up on inbound and outbound freight shipments together with the Global Logistics Team, including monitoring incoming deliveries and updating expected arrival dates for inbound goods
  • Monitor project calendars and proactively manage deadlines, anticipate upcoming deliverables, and take appropriate action to keep product flows on track
  • Monitor stock levels daily, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate data in company’s inventory and warehouse management systems
  • Communicate daily with 3PL including managing shipping documents, packing lists, BOL, proof of delivery, ensuring adherence to retail shipping standards
  • Understanding customization within the fashion industry including DST and quality control
  • Prepare and process shipment documentation, including pick tickets, bulk quantities, posting and invoicing documents, and EDI-related activities such as PO splits and UPC creation.
  • Investigate lost or delayed shipments, address product damage and defectives, and implement strategic solutions in collaboration with US Sales Management team
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workload forecasting with 3PL
  • Work closely with wholesale sales coordinator and sales manager on upcoming projects and order management improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of logistics experience within the fashion industry. Golf industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Well developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in ERP/business systems, preferably Business Central, is preferred; experience with order management, warehouse or EDI-related systems is a plus.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of multiple time-zone business and seasonal demand peaks
  • Ability to adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
