About the role

  • Expand revenue, sales, distribution and activation of our brands in hotels, upscale gastronomy and regional specialty retail
  • Support and strengthen existing customer partnerships, particularly with hotels, bars and premium foodservice operators
  • Acquire new customers
  • Operational and budgetary responsibility for sales- and image-related measures at your accounts
  • Plan and execute customer-specific sales and activation initiatives to develop sales, brand image and distribution
  • Build a strong network within the hotel, bar and hospitality scene
  • Strengthen our brands through training, activations and collaborations with bartenders, service staff and decision-makers

Requirements

  • Vocational training in gastronomy or business administration, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in sales, promotion, events or hospitality environments
  • Experienced in upscale gastronomy and hotel sectors and familiar with the relevant players, concepts and decision-making structures
  • Established network in the bartending and hospitality community and knowledge of the scene’s trend-setting venues
  • Excellent market and competitor knowledge in the premium spirits sector
  • Good understanding of mixing, bar culture, enjoyment and culinary trends
  • Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends
  • High willingness to travel, primarily within Bavaria
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce
  • Valid driving license (car)
