About the role
- Maintain and build stable, trust-based relationships with customers in the gastronomy (on-trade) sector and beverage wholesale
- Delight customers and acquire new accounts
- Manage the sales territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, with operational and budgetary responsibility
- Conduct market analyses and pursue new customer acquisition
- Maintain on-site presence with customers and deliver training sessions
- Participate in projects and workshops
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics — or a comparable industry-relevant qualification
- Experience in sales, promotions, or event management, ideally in alcoholic beverages, spirits, or FMCG
- Knowledge of relevant gastronomy/on-trade channels and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, a confident presence, and a proactive/decisive approach
- MS Office (particularly Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM system Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
