About the role
- Strategic planning & concept development: Develop and lead sales- and brand-image-relevant initiatives for the German hospitality sector
- Trend scouting: Identify trends and initiate innovation projects
- Project and stakeholder/interface management: Work on cross-departmental projects and manage extensive interface coordination
- Driving digitalization: Develop digital concepts for market activation and support/oversee our B2B shop
Requirements
- Degree in business administration – ideally with a focus on marketing and/or sales
- Several years of professional experience in developing and implementing hospitality concepts
- Solid experience in brand management
- Knowledge of the food & beverage, alcoholic beverages, or FMCG sectors
- Strong affinity for the spirits category
- Team player with a proactive and responsible approach
- Excellent communication skills
