Requirements

  • University degree (business, engineering) or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in technical sales or field sales, ideally in the optical fiber industry
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships and closing complex contracts
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and a sense for market opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Technical understanding, ideally of optical fibers, and the ability to translate customer requirements into customized solutions
  • Willingness to travel frequently and flexibility to support international customers and markets
