About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of RPO client programs, from intake through offer — maintaining quality and pace across all active requisitions.
Direct and develop the project delivery team — setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and holding the team accountable to program standards.
Drive proactive sourcing strategies — LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS pipelines, direct outreach — tailored to each client’s talent market.
Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure the candidate experience reflects Pasona’s commitment to quality throughout every stage.
Serve as the primary relationship owner between Pasona and the client — the trusted point of contact for all program matters.
Lead regular client status meetings — pipeline reviews, data insights, hiring manager alignment, and strategic recommendations.
Support program expansion, contract scoping, and renewal conversations in partnership with RPO leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in an RPO, embedded, or multi-client delivery environment.
Experience leading or coordinating a recruiting team — setting direction, tracking output, and developing others.
Demonstrated client relationship ownership — status reporting, stakeholder management, and issue resolution without escalating everything up.
Proficiency in ATS platforms (JazzHR, Jobvite, Lever, Appyhere, or similar) and comfort presenting recruiting data to client leadership.
Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple competing priorities across clients, requisitions, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
