About the role
- Serve as the primary client liaison, anticipating needs, addressing questions, and influencing decision making with thoughtful recommendations.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring milestones are met on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Lead the development of creator briefs and guide influencer selection and onboarding to ensure brand integrity and campaign success.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimizations that deliver ROI and elevate results.
- Partner with internal teams across creative, strategy, and operations to deliver high-quality campaign work that exceeds client expectations.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution ideation, and growth strategies for existing accounts.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of spend and margin while identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Train and mentor Senior Associates and Associates, helping them build expertise in client and influencer management aligned to the IZEA way.
- Own project execution while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Demonstrate leadership through proactive problem solving, client advocacy, and delivering work that reflects IZEA’s standard of excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related client service roles with proven success managing campaigns and client relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, client-centric approach.
- Experience collaborating across teams and managing internal workflows with attention to detail.
- A passion for influencer marketing, creativity, and delivering meaningful client impact.
