About the role

  • Collaborate with the team throughout the recruitment process to ensure each candidate enjoys an efficient and personalized experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer — to deliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, a smooth candidate journey, and timely outcomes for hiring managers.
  • Partner with team leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on the most effective hiring strategies.
  • Play a key role in building a team of people who align with our values and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Take ownership of not only hiring responsibilities but also internal projects and adhoc assignments as needed.
  • Contribute actively to internal communications initiatives.
  • Continuously explore innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience and strengthen the iyzico culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from the related departments of the universities,
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on IT recruitment,
  • Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office,
  • Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle,
  • Experience with using online recruitment portal (Lever, Recruitee etc.),
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communications skill,
  • Proactive approach and capacity to foster strong, effective relationships,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Willingness to learn and adopt in a dynamic environment.
