Key responsibilities & impact

The Program Manager, Product Roadmap & Solutions serves as a critical connective layer across Engineering, Product Management, and cross-functional business teams.
This role owns the product roadmap grooming process, leads end-to-end program management for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) initiatives, and provides direct leadership oversight of the Solutions team responsible for third-party integrations, certifications, and customer engineering support.
Coordinate and drive cross-functional workstreams to ensure all functions are aligned, prepared, and delivering against release milestones.
Maintain a master release plan that captures dependencies, timelines, and accountabilities across all impacted teams.
Drive continuous improvement in NPI and ECN processes to reduce release friction, improve cross-functional efficiency, and enhance product quality at launch.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in a technical, engineering, business, or operations-related field — or equivalent practical experience
A PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification, or demonstrated hands-on experience that reflects the same depth of practice
2–4 years managing NPI, ECN, or full release lifecycle projects in a technical environment, working across engineering and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Jira or comparable project tracking tools to manage tasks, workflows, and release milestones
Exposure to roadmap management or request intake processes, particularly in environments with high volumes of competing priorities
