About the role
- Expand the market in southern Germany
- Manage sales from initial contact through nurturing existing relationships
- Develop and implement account plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and proactively approach potential customers
- Contribute to sales forecasts and reporting accuracy
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactively seek support when needed
- Proficiency with digital tools
- Technical affinity (mechanical engineering, industrial automation, or cloud networks) is a strong advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- Residence in the area between Bremen, Hamburg, and Schwerin
