About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and further develop our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms)
- Strategically expand our brand and the organization’s digital visibility
- Plan and execute creative marketing and communication campaigns
- Develop content and storytelling concepts
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Analyze and optimize campaigns using relevant KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign management
- Proven experience developing and implementing larger marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of brand building, positioning, and storytelling
- Confident use of Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
