About the role
- Project organization and coordination with schools that are running or wish to run the Future Day (Zukunftstag)
- Planning, coordinating and executing outreach activities to recruit new schools for the Future Day and allocate funding
- Preparing and delivering briefings for involved partners and stakeholders
- Collecting, analyzing and statistically preparing project data on planned and completed Future Days
- Other organizational, communication and coordination tasks related to the funding of school projects
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1), written and spoken
- Structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of coordinating multiple projects in parallel
- Independent working style, solution-oriented approach and quick grasp of new information
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner, especially when interacting with schools and partners
- Alignment with the values of an educational NGO: Determination · Respect · Responsibility · Cooperation
- Bonus (not required): Experience with MS Office
