Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Fellow

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with many children from birth to age twenty-one
- Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet child’s needs
- Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions for carryover of skills and home exercises
- Participate in multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship
- Maintain autonomy and growth specific to clinician's passions and expertise
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist Master’s Program
- Active OT licensure in current state of practice, prior to Fellowship start date
- Employed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date.
- Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency
- Commitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent study
- Commitment to taking the AOTA Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCP) exam at earliest eligibility
- Commitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from program
