About the role

- Complete the Ivy Rehab Pediatric Residency Program as a full-time teammate
- Emphasize personalized care and create individualized plans of care
- Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship with flexibility in the treatment approach
- Maintain a supportive work environment focusing on authenticity, inclusion, and commitment to exceptional care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Active PT licensure in current state of practice, prior to Residency start date
- Employed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date.
- Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency
- Commitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent study
- Commitment to taking the ABPTS Pediatric Certified Specialist (PCS) exam at earliest eligibility
- Commitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from program
