About the role
- Oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, managing clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Support clinicians to provide individualized treatment and plans of care.
- Promote efficient service utilization and program development.
- Collaborate with digital marketing strategies.
- Foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the community.
- Lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education.
- Provide mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Growth mindset.
- Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.
