About the role

  • Lead the IT strategy and execution for new clinic builds and M&A integrations, ensuring technical and operational readiness.
  • Oversee end-to-end technical setup for new clinics: network infrastructure, hardware procurement, software installation, and system configuration.
  • Lead technical due diligence and integration of acquired clinics, including data migration, system consolidation, and standardization of hardware/software.
  • Manage portfolio of new clinic and M&A projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery; address roadblocks and manage risks.
  • Provide timely reporting to senior leadership on project status and issues.
  • Work with strategic vendors and partners to ensure IT infrastructure and equipment delivery and installation.
  • Develop and enforce IT standards, maintain documentation, and produce network diagrams for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Finance teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for new clinic builds and M&A activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on new site build-outs or M&A integrations.
  • Proven experience in leading technical due diligence and integration projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive results.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and server environments.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare-specific software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working for a healthcare provider is desired but not required.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
