Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute Ivy Fertility's enterprise BI and analytics strategy aligned with business and clinical priorities
Partner with IT on the roadmap for completing data warehouse
Own analytics, dashboards, and self-service reporting companywide
Establish and manage data governance, definitions, KPI frameworks, and data quality standards
Partner with IT on the design and build-out of a centralized data warehouse integrating EMRs, billing, RCM, and operational systems
Partner with IT on vendors, and data providers to ensure reliable and secure data pipelines
Deliver standardized and ad-hoc reporting to support enterprise decision-making
Serve as a trusted analytics partner to executive, clinical, and operational leaders
Build and lead a high-performing BI and analytics team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
8+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering
Healthcare or multi-site clinical platform experience
Experience with EMRs, billing, and revenue cycle systems
Proficiency in SQL, BI visualization tools, and cloud data platforms
