Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor the intake and prior authorization teams, ensuring an outstanding patient onboarding experience.
Collaborate with local, regional, and national teams to drive process improvements and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Management or related field
At least five (5) years of experience working in a health care organization with a specific background in operations and intake processes
Extensive experience with patient intake, prior authorization and financial counseling preferred
