• Build trusted, strategic partnerships with state tax teams, gaining deep understanding of their jurisdictional structures and operational models.
• Serve as the primary bridge between customers and IVIX, translating tax agency requirements and operational pain points into structured technical capabilities and measurable outcomes.
• Provide tax domain leadership, resolving complex jurisdictional questions and guiding internal product development based on customer needs.
• Own full end-to-end delivery cycles — from initial Proof of Value (POV) through deployment — managing timelines, milestones, and success criteria to ensure actionable results.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally by collaborating closely with Product, R&D, Data Solutions, and Sales to drive long-term product improvements.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify renewal and expansion opportunities by clearly demonstrating ROI and leveraging client successes.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks early, and mitigate friction points to ensure long-term client success.
