About the role
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy—from acquisition through retention and win-back across email, SMS, and in-app channels.
- Design and implement automated journeys that increase conversion rates, LTV, and engagement at every touchpoint.
- Lead Ivim Health’s e-commerce performance strategy, including site funnel optimization, merchandising, cross-sell/upsell strategy, and checkout flow.
- Develop and execute retention and re-engagement programs that deepen loyalty and reduce churn.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics across CRM, lifecycle, and e-commerce programs (LTV, CAC, retention rate, conversion rate, churn).
- Work closely with Paid Media, Brand, and Product to ensure unified customer experiences across channels.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing lifecycle and e-commerce marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM, or e-commerce marketing
- 5+ years of leadership experience in DTC, health, wellness, or subscription-based environments
- Proven success designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle programs that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker)
- Understanding of customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and CRO best practices
- Comfortable leveraging data visualization and BI tools for performance insights
