About the role

  • Drive iVerify's expansion across the Americas, establishing a strong, sustainable market presence with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Target and close large enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on Financial Institutions, banks, and high-growth Fintech organizations.
  • Leverage existing professional network and direct relationships to rapidly build qualified pipeline and accelerate time-to-revenue.
  • Mentor and manage the performance of junior sales representatives, implementing training, coaching, and playbooks to ensure high individual and team performance.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through negotiation and close, consistently achieving and exceeding individual quota.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers and strategic accounts within the target financial services market.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product development, pricing, and positioning in the Americas.
  • Contribute significantly to shaping the structure, strategy, and hiring plan for future Americas sales growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, including experience closing enterprise-level deals in cybersecurity or related SaaS sectors.
  • Deep experience and proven success selling complex, high-value solutions to large financial, public sector, and defense-related organizations
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully coaching, mentoring, and developing junior sales talent to high performance levels.
  • Strong personal network of executive-level contacts within the target enterprise financial sector, capable of facilitating early opportunities.
  • Proven success driving new business in the Americas market, ideally as a first or early go-to-market hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, build pipeline in close cross-functional coordination with the marketing department, and close deals independently.
  • Experience contributing to or building sales processes and playbooks in early-stage or scaling environments.
  • The ability to understand highly technical systems and communicate complex subjects simply.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
