About the role
- Provide Oracle systems knowledge to resolve finance queries raised by system users, with a focus on OTC Cash Management issues
- Support knowledge building for system users by identifying documentation and training enhancements and improvements within OTC Cash Management processes – upskill Genpact SMEs
- Complete end-to-end process review, including non-system process and reporting, and make improvements in line with best practice
- Identify process gaps and work with relevant teams to ensure appropriate resolutions are in place
- Deliver training to a wide variety of stakeholders, including offshore teams, utilising a variety of methods
- Escalate perceived complexities, issues or existing exceptions promptly
- Act as a champion of the ERP project and support go-live activities
Requirements
- Previous accounting experience, with a deep understanding of OTC/Cash management
- Detailed Oracle system knowledge
- Expertise within problem solving activities
- Customer focussed with a proven track record of query management and problem resolution
- Strong, clear and concise communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Successful delivery of training via a variety of methods including classroom sessions with offshore-based teams
- Ability to quickly cut through complex landscapes and drive focus on solutions using a data based approach
- Ability to challenge status quo with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent IT skills including advanced Excel and ticket management systems
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Deadline-focused and willing to put in the extra effort, as required
- Must have strong analytical experience
- Financially minded, with a strong attention to detail and able to deliver 'right-first-time' results quickly without getting lost in the detail
- A desire to be part of the project delivering true change to the Finance Function
- The ability to encourage effective team building, and to manage and influence multinational, cross functional and cross organisational teams in a project environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
