Ensure the appropriate minimum control requirements are in place to meet IVCE and Corporate Governance Requirements.
Act as an advisor to the business to provide guidance and best practices in control performance and risk mitigation through control.
Drive business ownership of their minimum control requirements.
Identify insights to share with executive management to help drive control improvements.
Support the completion of key reporting requirements such as Audit and Risk Committee papers.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in areas of responsibility.
Be part of projects impacting controls to ensure all risks are being considered and the business is appropriately considering control impacts.
Requirements
Experienced in Internal Control design with a focus on mitigating the key risks to the process / business area.
Commercially aware and ensures control design is suitable for the company.
Outstanding relationship management capability, including working confidently with management at all levels.
Basic understanding of the Corporate Governance code and it’s requirements.
Proactive, can-do attitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills (both verbal and written)
Fluent in English
Ability to perform limited international travel.
