Lead monthly close processes in coordination with the FP&A department
Oversee the Shared Services Center based abroad, ensuring deadlines and accounting quality are met
Coordinate remuneration adjustments for veterinary partners
Support the Shared Services Center with bank reconciliations
Assist the Accounting Director in managing year-end and semi-annual closings
Support the Accounting Director in interactions with external auditors
Monitor and oversee the transition from IFRS to French GAAP
Contribute to the implementation of procedures to strengthen internal controls
Ensure adherence to and consistent application of accounting procedures
Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements

Degree in accounting/finance or equivalent
At least 15 years' experience in a similar role
Proficient in accounting ERPs, notably Oracle
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Fluent in English
Rigorous, methodical, organized, and proactive
Comfortable in an international, agile, and fast-paced environment
Autonomous and able to manage priorities effectively
