About the role
- Support and optimize IT recruiting operations
- Drive cross-functional projects with Recruitment, Compliance, HR, ICT, and wider Business teams
- Support employer branding projects specific to talent attraction
- Coordinate end-to-end recruiting workflows and processes for IT hiring projects
- Track and report key recruiting metrics and prepare dashboards for leadership
- Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data
- Support vendor management and communication with external recruiting agencies
- Identify and implement process improvements for recruiting efficiency
- Support change management activities and facilitate onboarding processes
- Maintain and organize recruiting process documentation and training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or project management (IT or technical recruitment experience a plus).
- Familiarity with recruiting technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR data reporting tools.
- Experience in workflow/process management and operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
