Communicate value proposition of Ivanti's Enterprise Service Management solution to prospects and partners in France (and support Italy and Spain)
Collaborate with Territory Managers and regional Account Managers to deliver messages to executive and technology leaders
Act as single point of contact for technical and business stakeholders focused on Enterprise Management, Business Automation, Discovery, CMDB, Service and Asset Management
Scope and analyse customer requirements
Drive business and technical conversations addressing products, regulations, business drivers, and evolving business needs
Deliver effective product demonstrations, tailored where necessary
Prepare, conduct and summarize technical Proof-of-Concept (PoC) or pilot installations
Assist in preparing and answering RFIs/RFPs
Prepare and assist at public events (trade shows, partner events, roadshows, user-group meetings) and act as a speaker when required
Serve as technical representative able to communicate complex IT dependencies in simplified, clear terms
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an ESM role
Experience in a presale role at a software vendor/distributor/reseller or implementing comparable technical solutions as a professional services consultant for ESM/ITSM/ITAM
French language and business fluent in English language
Italian and/or Spanish language skills would be a nice addition
Experience of creating and delivering presentations to large and diverse audience
Ability to create written documents in French and English to assist potential customers in pre-sales projects
Team player with ability to act as focal point and pull in necessary resources
Experience with Enterprise/Service/Asset Management
ITSM or ITAM certifications recommended (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ITIL MP/SL/PM/Master)
Knowledge of Networks, Operating Systems, Databases, Certificates, Email, and Systems Integrations
