About the role

  • Oversee day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns—including paid search, paid social, and paid display—across multiple global regions and platforms.
  • Partner closely with other Digital Team members, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional campaign owners to design and implement B2B account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data across various ad platforms, identifying high-performing tactics, flagging issues, and making actionable recommendations and enhancements.
  • Lead campaign setup activities including UTM code creation, creative asset uploads, and campaign QA to ensure accuracy prior to launch.
  • Routinely monitor and report on campaign health, proactively escalating issues and seizing optimization opportunities to maximize marketing impact.
  • Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, prioritizing and delivering digital marketing value.
  • Stay up to date on new tools, ad formats, trends, and best practices in digital media.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing; preferably some of that time within an ad agency environment.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid advertising and analytics platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics; experience with ad serving platforms, DSPs, and/or ABM platforms preferred.
  • Ability to translate campaign performance into actionable insights is digestible and clear for a variety of different stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual able to take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business, or an analytical field.
