About the role

  • Lead the Charge: Drive the development and launch of secure, compliant software products that transform federal agency operations.
  • Set Strategic Vision: Define product roadmaps aligned to federal needs, regulatory mandates, and market opportunities.
  • Build Impactful Teams: Inspire and develop high-performing teams dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation.
  • Engage Decision Makers: Own executive relationships with key agency clients, system integrators, and stakeholders.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 8 individual contributors focused on creating demand, sales closures, and account management to US SLED Agencies.
  • Work with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop SLED-specific Go-to-market and demand generation activities.
  • Engage with leadership within strategic SLED accounts as their executive sponsor.
  • Lead Ivanti’s engagements with industry associations like NASCIO, NACO, ISTE, and others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience building, delivering, and leading enterprise software products; at least 5 years in SLED IT or public sector technology.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Government IT regulations, security, and procurement cycles.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams or departments in a high-growth, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices, SDLC, cloud platforms, and security frameworks.
  • Experience working with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST, Section 508, and related compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with government clients, partners, and attend industry events.
