About the role
- Lead the Charge: Drive the development and launch of secure, compliant software products that transform federal agency operations.
- Set Strategic Vision: Define product roadmaps aligned to federal needs, regulatory mandates, and market opportunities.
- Build Impactful Teams: Inspire and develop high-performing teams dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation.
- Engage Decision Makers: Own executive relationships with key agency clients, system integrators, and stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 8 individual contributors focused on creating demand, sales closures, and account management to US SLED Agencies.
- Work with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop SLED-specific Go-to-market and demand generation activities.
- Engage with leadership within strategic SLED accounts as their executive sponsor.
- Lead Ivanti’s engagements with industry associations like NASCIO, NACO, ISTE, and others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience building, delivering, and leading enterprise software products; at least 5 years in SLED IT or public sector technology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Government IT regulations, security, and procurement cycles.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams or departments in a high-growth, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, SDLC, cloud platforms, and security frameworks.
- Experience working with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST, Section 508, and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with government clients, partners, and attend industry events.
