Sales Engineer

• Lead, manage, and develop a regional team of Sales Engineers to align with the Regional Sales Model
• Build and execute technical enablement plans for channel partners and systems integrators
• Oversee onboarding and training of new Sales Engineering staff, ensuring rapid ramp-up and effective integration into the team
• Drive individual career progression and development, supporting succession planning and the growth of team members
• Ensure seamless communication within the Sales Engineering team and with cross-functional leadership to translate corporate strategy locally
• Maintain a regional matrix to assess and grow the team's technical and commercial skills
• Enable the team to deliver compelling live demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to varied audiences, including CxO-level stakeholders
• Foster commercial awareness throughout the team, ensuring clear articulation of Ivanti’s solutions
