Implement and ensure the accurate application of sales compensation plans within the sales compensation system (Callidus/SAP SuccessFactors).
Monitor and uphold the integrity and reliability of the sales compensation system.
Reconciling monthly bookings to commission system to ensure accurate, compliant payouts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bookings analysis, reporting, and dashboard functionalities.
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data to support organizational goals.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports concerning sales compensation and performance metrics.
Create and manage dashboards that clearly present sales compensation data.
Communicate complex compensation data and analysis effectively, providing training and support to sales teams.
Collaboration with team and other departments to facilitate system updates and improvements.
Drive continuous process improvements in alignment with evolving GTM business processes.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with groups including Finance, Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Order Management, IT, and HR teams.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales compensation or sales operations role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Callidus or similar compensation systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP.
