About the role
- Act strategically in the management of fixed and variable compensation and organizational design.
- Ensure external competitiveness, internal equity and financial sustainability.
- Perform advanced analyses, policy governance and provide leadership support for decision-making.
- Align compensation practices with the business strategy.
- Conduct job analyses, evaluations and salary movements.
- Maintain and evolve job and salary structures, pay tables and movement policies.
- Conduct market studies, competitiveness analyses and internal equity assessments.
- Manage merit cycles, promotions, salary adjustments and organizational reviews.
- Serve as a technical reference for leaders and HR on compensation topics.
- Design, review and manage variable compensation programs and short- and long-term incentive plans.
- Support the calculation, governance and communication of incentive programs.

- Solid experience in Fixed Compensation, Variable Compensation and Long-Term Incentives.
- Salary structures and job architecture.
- Salary surveys and market positioning.
- Bonus modeling and KPIs.
- Labor cost metrics.
- Headcount and personnel budget and forecast.
- Experience in Organizational Design.
- Building/reviewing job structures.
- Span of control analysis.
- Evaluation of levels and seniority.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or analytical tools.
