About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the Light Capacity product portfolio across its full lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, and end-of-life planning
  • Own and monitor product line performance, including sales, margins, contribution, and market share against budget and prior year results
  • Establish market size, growth trends, and customer segmentation through market research, competitive analysis, and direct customer engagement
  • Translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into product requirements and value propositions
  • Formulate and execute product and marketing strategies for sustainable growth and competitive differentiation
  • Support pricing strategies to improve profitability and maintain market competitiveness
  • Partner with engineering and operations on new product development, enhancements, and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate product launches, commercialization plans, sales tools, training materials, and go-to-market execution
  • Develop and maintain product collateral, manuals, price lists, web content, and training materials
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams, distributors, key account managers, and sales channels
  • Monitor regulatory, legislative, and industry trends affecting Light Capacity products and applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA in Engineering or other technical background
  • Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Account Management
  • Diagnostic logic development experience
  • Experience in a technical position
  • Strong mechanical, software, or electrical knowledge
  • Experience in the design and development phase of new products
  • Experience bringing new products to market
  • Experience with ITW business and products
  • Ability to travel up to 20–25% (8–10 weeks annually)
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and climb at customer sites
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk as required
  • Ability to lift 35–65 lbs.
  • Successful completion of background checks, drug screen, and pre-hire assessments
