About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enhance customer satisfaction providing exceptional customer service
  • Completes installation of components and low voltage wiring on customer ceilings, typically in cleanroom environments.
  • Installation of localized and in tool ionization equipment
  • Completes maintenance of several types of static control systems
  • Schedules visits and installations with customers directly.
  • Follows work instructions of service manager or senior field technician on projects, may occasionally complete smaller jobs on individual trips.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate documenting and reporting of all service-related activities
  • Generates various customer reports
  • Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times.
  • May be required to work weekends and/or evening’s depending on the needs of the company.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with hand tools, good hand dexterity needed.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret technical information involving mechanics and electronics. Must be able to interpret schematic and electrical diagrams.
  • Basic knowledge of low voltage electrical systems.
  • Focus on Quality
  • Strong customer service/relations skills
  • Detail Orientated
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and manage difficult and high-pressure customer situations.
  • Good time management, prioritization and follow-up skills.
  • Tolerance for working in stressful situations and environments.

  • Sense of urgency - having the drive and motivation to take action and prioritize daily tasks; working strategically to ensure we are getting to every customer.
  • Experience with Microsoft office programs including Microsoft Word Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
